Milan has been involved with K-9 for 45+ years. He brings his vast knowledge to our Team, and the ability to make the training work regardless of the challenge. His love for the Shepherds has evolved to his Son Milan. Milan Sr. has mentored many thru his Club, and brings unique talent to our Team. His attention to detail is impeccable. He has handed the baton to his son Milan, and it's obvious that this is what they Love.After meeting Milan, one gets the feeling that you have a friend "for a lifetime".

Milan brings to our team 30+ years experience. Milan brings it all to the table, obtaining a title on his first dog at the age of 12. His ability to bring the best out of each K-9 is evident when you see him work. He is a full-time K-9 trainer and helper. Milan is the helper and trainer for about 4-5 clubs. The best way to describe Milan is what he says about the K-9 training/ Sport: "This Is My Life". He is married to Hana and they have one son.

Dalibor has 35+ years experience in training and titling Shepherds. Our friend Dalibor brings a unique perspective to our team. Dalibor has been to many more countries than the rest of us, so he brings this experience to our team in stories. He is a great trainer and friend to all of our team. He also speaks very fluent German, English, Czech + more. So not only is he a well-versed trainer - he is the guy to ask for when you want to know what the rest of the world is doing, or directions. Dalibor has titled multiple dogs and also is the funniest of all of us!

Hanka has over 15 year experience in titling and IPO training of K-9. She excels in puppies to adult dog Shepherds. Her methods of early imprinting make her dogs shine to the highest titles and training. We are very happy to have her as a team member.

Retired Handler / Trainer for Slovakia Police. Over 35 years of experience training Police and Protection & Security K-9. Noel owns his last Police K-9, Chino. Roman is one of the best protection trainers in Europe. He spends a lot of time training police K-9 and protection K-9 around the world, he can instantly test a litter to find the best candidates for protection. He enjoys starting them as puppies and finishing them to adult protection/ detection or military, police K-9. We are very lucky to have Roman on our team.

Petr has been taught from a very young age what to look for and how to train good protection and police K-9. When Roman is away it is Petr who continues the training and has been very instrumental in the process of teaching green clients how to handle their special K-9 partners. Petr enjoys traveling and teaching others about correct and responsible protection training.

Nicole has over 12 years experience in training K-9, in particular Belgian Shepherd, WL & SL Shepherds. She is currently a partner at one of the best K-9 kennels in Slovakia. She is currently heavily involved with West German (Show Line Shepherds). She is one of our newest associates.  Nicole is what we call a "natural" when it comes to K-9, she has a unique ability to problem solve & uses her abilities daily to make the dogs in training the best they can be. You can usually find her training Show Line &Working Line Shepherds. She has a great K-9 career ahead of her, she also attends University in Slovakia.

Nataley has 5 years experience. She is the youngest of our team and she specializes in young dog and puppy training and socialization. She is very active with the litters that are bred here in the USA or young puppies that we hold to send to Europe when of age. She tries to keep training fun for her and the young dogs. She always ends a session with the puppy winning on a positive note. She can pick the best puppies from each litter and has an incredible ability to see the strengths and knowledge of a puppy at a very young age. She is also the youngest daughter of Vilma & Noel.

Vilma takes care of a lot of the accounting and paperwork of importing and exporting and flight arrangements. She is also our Spanish translator. Vilma & Noel are married with 5 children and have worked together since 1993. Noel says, she is his Best Half. Vilma also works with any litters that we have here in NY & Florida. She is very good around animals an has a special ability to read animal posture, or even the slightest change in attitude or health. She attends to the pregnant females with a delicate touch, when whelping litters. One of Noel's first gifts to Vilma when they met in 1993 was a German imported Rottweiler named Baron, a dog that protected her unconditionally from day one.

Noel brings his 40 years experience with K-9 from childhood. Noel was never without a dog as a child, and from 2 months of age he has always had a dog around him. He trained them regardless of their breed starting with training Rottweilers in the early 90's. In 2005 he started with a great interest for Shepherds due to their intelligence and loyalty and ability to work. After he studied them endlessly, he went out of his way to research and find out where the very best came from. Today he visits often to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany and works with Many K-9 Kennels and K-9 Enthusiasts. Noel says his strength is in his whole team and their ability to train and find some of the world's best young prospects and bloodlines available in the world.

Hana  is our eyes and ears in Czech Republic/Germany.
She also handles locating puppies for our programs and finding top young dogs for our clients In Europe. She handles all the accommodations for our clients and team when visiting the Czech
Republic Facility.  Hana is a very important part of Euro-American K9 , as it was her idea to put this International Cooperation together.  Hana has 20 years experience with K-9.  Hana is a natural to IPO sport. She has competed in the top 10% in the WUSV. She trained mostly GSD in the early days but now is training WL GSD & BSDs. She loves to work with dogs with top drives. Her dream is to compete again in WUSV in the top %. Hana has titled over 50 dogs to date. She can title IPO/ZVV/SVV.  Hana also does our German/Czech translations.
