Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We Call it our "Nose-To-Tail Guarantee"

and it's Unique.....

1

HEALTH

We guarantee health (not related to hips and elbows) of all of dogs purchased from us, including puppies and adult dogs, for 6 months from date of delivery or pickup.

For any health issue, this issue would have to be verified by a vet in the country the dog is delivered to.  All dogs are checked at our vet's in Europe when they leave for the USA prior to shipping.

HIPS & ELBOWS

On all dogs 24 months or older, we guarantee hips and elbows for five (5) years. Puppies also get a five year guarantee on hips and elbows as long as the puppy has a preliminary exam by your vet at one year, and is OFA X-rayed at the age of two years old, with X-rays submitted to us.   Please note that cost of X-rays and OFA certification are the responsibility of  the owner, not Euro-American K9. (It's noteworthy to mention that less than 3% of GSD develop hip dysplasia after age of 24 months).

The way we back up our warranty is simple.  In the unforeseen case (very rare case) that a dog is dysplastic, we will replace the dog and you will be able to keep the dysplastic dog. With many other canine guarantees, you have to return the other dog. We will let you keep a dog that has been certified dysplastic by two veterinarians. We need to get copies of the certification from those veterinarians, and copies of X-rays.

REPLACEMENT

In the rare event that we need to replace your dog, the owner or trainer who bought the dog would be responsible for the shipping of the dog to return it to us, and for the shipping of the new replacement dog. For example, in a problem with a three month old dog from Slovakia, you would have to pay for shipping of the new dog to come from Slovakia and pay for shipping of the current dog back to us, but there is no additional cost for the dog.

Our 100% nose-to-tail guarantee covers almost 100% of things that may happen. However, it doesn't include grooming, nail clipping, or if the dog gets a cold.  It covers congenital health defects that would occur due to breeding, or a poor German Shepherd Dog (GSD).

Please also be advised: in order to receive an equal replacement, there is no timeline set, but it is less than 3 years in most cases. The owner/purchaser who purchased the pup/dog in question would also have to comply with Euro-American K9's strict guidelines of protocol on the specific issue relating to health of said dog. Dogs that are verified healthy will not be replaced, even if they have a predisposition of a disease, trait, gene etc. Any reluctance or inability of the owner/purchaser to comply with Euro-American K9's requests for further testing, verification, documents, and all information regarding the dog - could result in the denial of replacement. All replacements are at the sole discretion of the owners/staff of Euro-American K9, and this policy is duly accepted by the purchaser upon delivery or pick-up of their dog or puppy. All decisions regarding replacement are looked at carefully and are not taken lightly, so one could expect to see a 45-90 day period while information is gathered by the Euro-American K9 owners and staff. All replacement decisions are final and made internally within Euro-American K9 Vejprnice, Czech Republic.
